The system features a hybrid control scheme: a digital touch panel with a dual-digit display for precise time and temperature settings (Warm Milk, Steam, Sterilize), paired with an analog dial for intuitive blending control (Auto and Pulse modes).

• Heating Reservoir: Dedicated chamber for warming milk and generating steam.
• Blending Cup (Tritan™): Removable, BPA-free cup with a detachable blade assembly for thorough cleaning.
• Integrated Filling Station: After blending, the blade retracts, and a pouch attaches to the fill nozzle. A manual press mechanism pushes puree directly into the pouch with minimal mess.

The filling pouch features a cap with flip-up lid and a silicone cross-slit valve—acting as a one-way valve to prevent leaks. A secondary storage cap threads onto the cup for traditional storage, with a lid that opens to reveal a dispensing nozzle. All food-contact parts are removable for dishwasher-safe cleaning.

Food-grade Tritan™ and heat-resistant silicone ensure safety through repeated steaming cycles. The project scope includes CAD modeling, mechanical engineering of the press and heating systems, interface layout optimization, and CMF selection for stain-resistant, easy-wipe surfaces.
