A mechanical locking system prevents operation unless the container is properly secured, while top-mounted controls and an LCD display provide cycle adjustment and status information. An integrated drain allows water to be emptied while keeping the cleaned produce inside.

Food-safe Tritan, silicone and other molded components were specified for water and produce-contact areas. The overall industrial design combines transparent materials, reflective surfaces, metallic accents and integrated lighting to create a compact, contemporary countertop appliance.
