Shape Products developed a large-format folding grater for Cuisipro, combining the performance of the brand’s existing grating blade with a more versatile, compact design. The folding handle allows the grater to be used flat or positioned at an angle for stable countertop use, while a push-button mechanism controls the folding action.

The design incorporates an overmolded rubber support for stability, along with a reversible transparent blade cover that doubles as a food catch and measuring container. Development focused on integrating these features while retaining Cuisipro’s existing blade technology and creating a cleaner, more compact product for use and storage.
